Job Title: Procurement Cost Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Cost Analyst.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and controlling costs during the project life cycle.
">This will involve interpreting specifications and standards and assessing their impact on project costs, using a cost control model to increase profitability by identifying variances between cost elements, analyzing actual costs against planned costs and forecasting final costs versus budgets.
">Key responsibilities will include creating tender event schedules for procurement programs, budgeting and tender reconciliation, change management, and variance analysis, quantifying and costing construction work, taking quantities and preparing Bills of Quantities, preparing estimates, quantities, prices, and costing for projects.
">Candidates must have a tertiary or trade qualification in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying position within the construction industry or similar.
