**Job Title:** Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care
  • Collaborate with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Lead the accurate and timely completion of reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation and professional standards
Selection Criteria:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior care management role
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
