We are seeking a passionate and motivated Culinary Professional to join our team at The Coach in Ringwood.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will focus on basic food preparation tasks, support experienced chefs, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
- Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food assembly and plating.
- Ensure food safety procedures are being followed.
- Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service times in allocated section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment and hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). A Food Handlers Certificate and willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, are also essential.
