Key Responsibilities:- Organise assigned kitchen section and ensure efficient operation.
- Monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements and advise supervisors accordingly.
- Assist with training Commis Chefs and apprentices to desired standard.
- Ensure accurate completion of tasks within given time frames.
- Foster collaboration with other hotel kitchens to promote flexibility and productivity.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations for consistent, value-for-money, and quality cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and handling according to current regulations.

- A minimum of 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in a 5-star environment.
