Working across a broad client base, you will be servicing start-up through to medium sized corporate businesses across Sydney. You will primarily be working with the Projects Team to deliver projects including migrations, relocations, networking, implementations and upgrades. About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Level 3 Engineer to join our team and take on a challenging role. As a Senior Level 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects and providing technical support to our clients. You will work closely with the Projects Team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects including migrations, relocations, networking, implementations and upgrades
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Work closely with the Projects Team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and manage client relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical support and at least 1-2 years as a Senior Level 3 Engineer
  • Previous experience working in an MSP environment in a projects role
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
  • Previous experience as an escalation point for level 2
  • Strong systems support experience including Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory and managing virtual environments
  • Networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls
  • Good understanding of VLANs and WIFI and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and client relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
