The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Content Lead to inspire, educate, and engage our global community of creators. You will develop the content function from its early stages into a highly respected brand recognized for generative AI. Collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams, you will deliver sharp, impactful content aligned with our growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the content strategy, aligning with audience needs, market trends, and storytelling best practices to position our brand as an industry leader.
  • Build and execute a scalable content program ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Create, edit, and oversee content such as articles, guides, reports, newsletters, and video scripts to support rapid content production.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor freelance content producers, writers, editors, and designers for efficient content creation and distribution.
  • Deeply understand the generative AI space and evolving needs of creative users, mapping content to different stages of their journey for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to identify content gaps, develop campaigns, and drive engagement across channels.
  • Monitor performance data to refine and scale high-performing content, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and audience behavior, leveraging insights to evolve the content strategy and maintain brand relevance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in content marketing with a focus on driving business impact through strategic and hands-on roles.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; editorial background is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience building a content program from the ground up.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and report on content effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
