Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Systems Engineer:
  • Engage in a diverse range of projects both domestically and internationally, under the guidance of the HV team lead.
  • Perform design calculations for utility connections, generators, uninterruptible power supplies, renewable technologies, and related earthing and distribution systems.
  • Utilize industry-standard software tools such as CAD, ETAP, SafeGrid, and EOM.
  • Foster successful interactions with clients and other industry professionals.
  • Define project briefs in collaboration with clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members.
  • Lead by example and support the professional advancement of colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical precision.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution systems.
  • A degree or HND in electrical or controls engineering is preferred, though relevant industry experience will be considered.
