The Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a landfill, ensuring safe and efficient management.

  • Manage landfill operations in accordance with environmental regulations and legislation.
  • Coordinate capital works projects and support cell rehabilitation programs.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide input on business development opportunities.
  • Assist the Team Leader, Waste Service Delivery on various projects as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in landfill operations or site management, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
