White Fox Boutique, a globally recognised fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer and Accounts all-rounder to join its team in Rosebery, Sydney.

This part-time role will involve processing weekly and fortnightly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Heropay, as well as managing accounts receivables and payables, and performing various administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll and a strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a generous clothing allowance, ongoing discounts, and access to a fully-stocked kitchen and onsite gym.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and fortnightly end-to-end payroll for all employees using Heropay
  • Ensure all invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage year-end closing and workers compensation
  • Perform other ad-hoc project and administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in payroll, with knowledge of award interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
