We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Meat Curer. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge required to become a successful butcher.

The role involves working closely with our experienced team to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of meat curing, including preparing and handling meats, operating machinery, and providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong passion for learning and developing new skills.

In order to be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand passport holder residing in Australia for more than six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of meat curing
  • Prepare and handle meats safely and hygienically
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the butchery industry
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
