Professional Experience Supervisor Opportunity
Job Description:- Monitor the progress of Teacher Education Students (TES) while they are working at a school to fulfil their professional experience course requirements.
- Arrange visits to schools to discuss the TES's progress with the TES and their Mentor Teachers.
- Observe lessons taught by the TES, complete lesson evaluation forms, and debrief afterwards.
- Act on any matters of concern to the TES or the host school.
- Clarify issues relating to Alphacrucis University College assessments to be completed during the Professional Experience.
- Practicing Christian with active Church involvement.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Completion of Bachelors or Masters degree in Teaching.
- Previous experience in a teaching position at a school or early childhood education center and previous experience supervising teachers in schools and/or early learning centres.
- Understanding of the mission of vocational and higher education in Christian schools and/or early learning centres.
- Knowledge of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and/or the ACECQA National Quality Standards.
- Proven leadership, people, and communication skills.
- Great team culture.
- Convenient Location Near Public Transportation, flexibility for remote working.
- Paid on an hourly contract rate. Most work occurs around 2 main placement periods, but some other work may be available.
Candidates must have an ongoing and unrestricted right to work in Australia to apply for this position.

You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of Teacher Education Students while they are working at a school to fulfill their professional experience course requirements.
