We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to our internal service department and customers both over the counter and on the phone, building rapport, and maintaining the database.
Job Description:- Assist the parts department in serving the workshop, retail, and trade customers.
- Supply workshop technicians with parts.
- Order, book out, invoice, and process payments for parts.
- Address customer inquiries over the phone and in person.
- Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers.
- You will have dealership Parts experience, OR experience with a Parts retailer.
- If you have what you believe are the relevant transferable skills, then we still would like to hear from you.
- Knowledge of Tune is beneficial but not essential.
- Committed to achieving excellent customer service.
- Organised & able to multitask.
- Professional work ethic.
- A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work to aid accurate identification of required items.
- Good telephone manner.
- Applicants must hold a valid Victorian driver's Licence.
- Competitive salary plus commissions.
- Monday to Friday with half day on Saturday, overtime approx once a month.
- In-house/manufacturer training provided to support career progression.
- Uniform provided.
- Access to group discounts, including New and Used vehicles, Servicing, and Parts.
