Job Title: Clinical Governance and Education Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the design and implementation of clinical education programs that support high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and educate staff on clinical topics.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development.
  • Support teams to address clinical risks by improving clinical systems & processes.
  • Oversee safe medication management.
Requirements:
  • Hold current Registration with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate clinical experience within aged care and 3 years' experience as a trainer/educator.
  • Ability to prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs.
