Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic workforce planning specialist to deliver impactful solutions in Canberra.

The successful candidate will receive strategic guidance from executive staff and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope, plan, and deliverables meet agreed time, quality parameters.

This is an opportunity to drive change for our organization in a 12-month contract with possible extensions.

Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience using contemporary workforce planning practices to develop and implement complex workforce plans;
  • Proficiency in using tools such as PowerBI for workforce reporting;
  • High-quality verbal and written communications skills;
  • Experience in Defence or Commonwealth Government workforce planning and reporting;
  • Experience working within a structured program and project management environment;
  • Experience in data visualisation using Power BI or similar tools.
