Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned investment leader to drive the transformation of our investment function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and external engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the investment team and develop strategies to enhance governance frameworks
  • Oversee research and product oversight with a focus on excellence and integrity
  • Operationalise robust governance frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations
  • Drive thought leadership and actionable insights across internal and external audiences
  • Evaluate and optimise managed accounts menu and investment product suite
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A decade of experience in investment leadership, including deep expertise in investment governance and research
  • The ability to inspire teams and elevate performance
  • Strong understanding of investment governance and regulatory compliance
  • Strategic leadership with a history of elevating platform reputation through thought leadership and market engagement
