Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced creative professional to lead our in-house podcasts team as a Managing Producer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of multiple shows and manage a team of podcast producers.
  • Develop new original content that meets high-quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in audio and content creation.
  • Proven track record of managing creative teams and developing innovative content.
  • Strong mentoring skills, leadership abilities, and editorial lens.
  • Excellent feedback and constructive criticism skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
