Creative Leadership Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Creative Manager to spearhead our Australian and New Zealand creative endeavors. As the local champion of creative excellence, this role will bridge our global vision with deep regional insight.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in agency, in-house, or consultancy environments. A proven B2B portfolio and demonstrated experience managing distributed creative teams are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Adobe CC, Power Point, Figma/Adobe XD, motion/video suites, and Gen AI toolchains is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite audiences, are also necessary.
- Spearhead a multidisciplinary team of designers to deliver end-to-end solutions across various formats.
- Translate complex business challenges into cohesive creative narratives and elevate every engagement.
- Act as the ANZ local creative leader, sharing trends, aligning standards, and adapting global assets for local relevance.
