Job Title: Creative Leadership Role

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced creative leader to oversee our graphic design and copy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic creative direction for go-to-market stories, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers to achieve set goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team to meet objectives.
  • Background in retail graphic design is preferred but not essential.
