About the Role
  • Establish and lead a high-performing procurement function that drives innovation, governance, and capability building.
  • Elevate procurement from transactional to strategic, championing transformation across the business.
  • Oversee the transition of procurement systems to digital excellence, enabling seamless operations.
  • Embed sustainability, risk management, and performance frameworks into procurement practices.
  • Partner with business units to align procurement with commercial goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in strategic procurement leadership across complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks and policies, contract and supplier management, and third-party risk.
  • Experience in procurement system transitions and delivering commercial capability training in hybrid environments.
  • Deep understanding of governance and compliance in procurement.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or Law with a focus on Procurement.
