About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Ops team at Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and acting as an AWS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve escalated requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to a range of customers and act as an AWS SME to resolve escalated requests
  • Develop standard operating procedures and processes for optimal, repeatable service delivery
  • Work closely with other SMEs on complex technical AWS escalations
  • Communicate and document everything to the highest level
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing Windows/Linux environments
  • 3+ years of experience in an AWS focused position
  • Previous experience in a busy Operations team
  • Experience working with a Managed Service Provider
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and communication skills
