Physical Security Systems Manager

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in Project Management related to physical security systems, demonstrating ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to change.
This role is responsible for building and improving processes for project management and project planning, working across all levels and functions of the organization. Collaboration with engineers, technicians, project managers, and Sr. Leaders is key to success.
Main responsibilities include driving process change and improvement, managing security system integration vendor contracts, and delivering projects. A day in this role involves high-performing teamwork and support for ASEAN Data Center builds now and into the future.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa, allowing seamless interaction with local and overseas stakeholders. Fluency in these languages is essential for success.
