Physical Security Systems Expert

We seek a skilled Physical Security Specialist to fill this key role.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and troubleshoot video surveillance system issues
- Configure access control systems and integrate them with locker management software
- Adhere to ITIL processes for incident management, change management and problem management
- Resolve Level 2 issues and provide troubleshooting support as needed
- Proficient understanding of ITIL processes including Windows migration, incident management, change management and problem management
- Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrades and migrations
- Awareness of digital IP cameras and security devices
- Windows Server Administration experience
- Familiarity with enterprise system architecture
- SQL Administration skills
- Knowledge of access control systems, hardware devices and networking concepts
Minimum 4 years of experience in physical security systems and ITIL processes required. Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed is an asset.
