Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our physical security team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of electronic security systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with physical security design and/or implementation of electronic security systems such as Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, and CCTV Surveillance systems.


About This Role
  • Design and implement physical security solutions to protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
  • Maintain and improve existing security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on security procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities
  1. Physical Security Design and Implementation: Develop and implement physical security solutions to protect company assets, including access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and CCTV surveillance systems.
  2. Comprehensive Security Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Security Systems Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing security systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  4. Staff Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on security procedures and protocols, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure work environment.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with physical security design and/or implementation of electronic security systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management, working with both technical and non-technical teams focusing on physical security standards and designs.
  • Training and Experience with Lenel Access Control Systems and Digital Monitoring Products.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiar project management and design and construction software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and system designs.
  • Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and other design and construction artifacts for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecommunications plans.
