Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and leading the team throughout their shift, assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations, and maintaining focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. They will also be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, with a safety mindset and well-groomed professional appearance.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and train the food & beverage team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also work closely with the Lounge Manager to ensure smooth operation of the lounge, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
