Operations Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

The Operations Team Member will be responsible for delivering store operations activities in support of a sales focused culture and profitable sales growth. This includes effective store administration, cash handling, banking integrity, tendering transactions, systems access, data integrity, store web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management, enquiries, marketing and promotional activity, inventory management, controllable expenses, sales channel fulfillment, customer complaints and queries resolution, quality merchandising, in-store marketing, presentation and continuous improvement of sales skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash handling and banking integrity: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and banking procedures to maintain high levels of security and accuracy.
  • Tendering transactions: Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Systems access and data integrity: Maintain secure and up-to-date systems access and data integrity to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Store web sales and extended warranty claims: Process online sales and extended warranty claims efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations.
  • Telephone management and enquiries: Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally and promptly to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Marketing and promotional activity: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote products and services to customers.
  • Inventory management and controllable expenses: Manage inventory levels and controllable expenses effectively to optimize sales and reduce waste.
