Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Fitness Experience Ambassador.

This role involves creating a world-class experience for every guest who interacts with us, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will be passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests
  • Monitoring club access to members and non-members
  • Answering any questions and handling member complaints

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions well
  • Ability to work well independently

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness may be an advantage
