The Cordina Group, a leading player in the Australian market for 'Value Added' or 'Convenience' sector, is seeking an experienced Livestock Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art Rearing facility in Goulburn area of NSW.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience) with attractive package negotiated based on qualifications and background.

About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can manage all aspects of our livestock operations, ensuring sustainable practices that meet longer-term production goals. As Livestock Operations Manager, you will be responsible for breeding and raising livestock, monitoring their health and condition, moving them to optimize feeding opportunities, and organizing farming operations such as catching, sterilizing machines, collecting, grading, and packaging produce.

You will also direct and oversee general farming activities like maintaining sheds, fences, equipment, and water supply systems; organize transportation of livestock and produce; maintain and evaluate records of farming activities, monitor market activity, and plan production accordingly.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have a relevant Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in the poultry industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and leadership skills, commitment to sustainable livestock management practices, and WH&S requirements.
