Lawyer for Employment Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment lawyer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures; advising on complex industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations; providing strategic advice on performance management, grievances, and terminations; interpreting legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations; and running and supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections, and contractual disputes.
Requirements for Success- A minimum of 4–6 years' post-admission experience in employment law practice;
- A strong understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks;
- Experience acting in major courts;
- Excellent drafting and communication skills;
- The ability to work closely with clients and team members;
