Employment Law Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Lawyer to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with our experienced Employment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad array of employment matters including contract preparation, restructuring advice, supply chain transparency, industrial relations strategy development, and dispute resolution.

  • Preparation of contracts and policies
  • Providing expert advice on restructuring and dispute representation
  • Supply chain transparency and labour law compliance
  • Development of industrial relations strategies and enterprise agreements
  • Representation in disputes and advising on work health and safety issues

The ideal candidate will have 0.5-1.5 years' post-admission experience gained from another reputable practice or suitable in-house environment, covering a broad range of Employment matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse range of employment matters, including contract preparation, restructuring advice, supply chain transparency, and dispute resolution
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Employment team to deliver exceptional client service
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
