Employment Lawyer – Melbourne

$140,000 Package | Full-Time Role

Our client, a respected Melbourne-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in workplace relations to step into a supportive, professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising clients on workplace law, industrial relations, and employment contracts.
  • Representing clients in disputes and providing strategic legal solutions.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Managing your own caseload while contributing to the firm's collaborative culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in employment law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in workplace relations, unfair dismissal, and workplace disputes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach.
