About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage admissions and waitlists for our residential care facilities.

This role involves assisting residents and their representatives with the admission process, requiring a sensitive and consumer-orientated approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining satisfactory occupancy levels across all residences
  • Liaising with hospitals, social workers, and age care placement agencies to maximize bed occupancy
  • Scheduling appointments with potential clients to showcase requested residences
  • Coordinating and organizing admission paperwork and ensuring assessments are up-to-date

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of financial requirements for admissions into an aged care facility
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Results-driven approach with strong delegation and prioritization skills
  • Experience in administrative services in a health or residential aged care setting
