You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate accreditation processes and uphold high standards of care. You will have access to the latest technology, a skilled clinical team, and robust head office support to achieve this goal.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale aged care residences
  • A hands-on leader who sets a positive example
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Hold a qualification as an AHPRA registered nurse
  • Desire to improve the delivery of care and services
  • Passion for resident care
