We are seeking a Third Party Services Officer to join our Customer Delivery team.

This role will provide comprehensive accreditation and commission support to all members of ING's third-party distribution channels. You will be responsible for preparing, approving and processing third party partner commission payments, as well as managing effective relationships with external and internal partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare, approve and process third party partner commission payments within the established deadline.
  • Approve and process accreditations forms for third party partners, ensuring they adhere to regulatory, risk and business requirements.
  • Manage maintenance and ownership of effective relationships with external and internal partners in the area of accreditations and commissions.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in analytical or an accounting role with good understanding of backend/core systems.
  • Working knowledge of databases and data extraction with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of administrative systems and business processes.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
