Become a Governance Expert in Third-Party Risk Management


About the Role:

We seek driven individuals to support Home Buying and Consumer Finance businesses. As a third-party risk manager, you will provide risk advice and guidance across the supplier lifecycle to ensure safe and confident engagement with third parties.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ongoing governance and oversight to leverage third party services safely and confidently.
  • Ensure existing and new third parties are managed in line with Third-Party Governance policies and frameworks.
  • Provide actionable insights on key third party risk focus areas such as fourth party, modern slavery, concentration risk, and business continuity.
  • Maintain and refresh risk assessments for existing third parties on a regular basis.
  • Assess and provide guidance on supplier control assurance activities and conduct quality assurance supplier site visits as required.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve issues and incidents relating to suppliers and contribute to risk capabilities enhancements within the team.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Third Party Risk or working with suppliers/third parties.
  • Understanding of operational and compliance risk management practices.
  • Strong reasoning and influencing skills to work across stakeholders.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse trends, identify threats and opportunities, diagnose problems, and recommend actions.
