About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business strategy and product pricing
- Build individual stakeholder strategy and map out effective relationship plans
- Maintain key relationships with current major customers as well as seeking new customers
- Preparing journey plans and acceleration plans
- Project identification and budget forecasting
- Bid development and negotiation
- Manage a target plan of customers & projects to win
- Final sign off and project handover
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current or previous experience in an account management sales role
- Previous customer-facing experience across T1 and T2 customers
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using a CRM and MS suite
- Understanding of construction acumen is beneficial
- Experience in engineering construction or construction industry is preferable
- Strong business acumen and reporting skills
