The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Industrial Sales Managerto lead our industrial sales strategy and deliver results across land subdivisions, warehouses, and design-and-construct projects. You'll take charge of client relationships, drive revenue, and position SalesxWise as the partner of choice in Melbourne's industrial corridors.

What you'll do:

  • Drive sales across industrial land and built-form projects.
  • Build relationships with investors, SMEs, logistics firms, and owner-occupiers.
  • Manage channel partners, agents, and builder networks.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals aligned to project feasibilities.
  • Provide market intelligence and reporting to inform pricing and strategy.

You're an experienced industrial property sales professional with a strong network and a proven track record of closing deals. You thrive on building relationships, structuring win-win outcomes, and working at pace in a growth environment.
