Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as experience working in the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
