Job Title: Service and Hospitality Expert

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill a key role in our service team.

About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

  • The successful applicant will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Candidates must have a valid RSA certificate and be able to work independently without supervision.
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
