Release Manager Position
As a pivotal figure in our organization, the Release Manager plays a critical role in orchestrating the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an end-to-end change release process that ensures seamless integration across teams.
- Schedule and manage a calendar of transformational technology changes, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
- Design and facilitate automated approval processes for low-risk changes, empowering delivery teams to work efficiently.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact or high-risk changes, guaranteeing successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the pipeline and status of requests through the change approval board, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for technical and process improvements, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements
