Partner with leaders and teams across the organisation to embed cultural and operational change that transitions manual activities into digitally enabled transparent processes. You will be responsible for:Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the program roadmapLead stakeholder engagement, building trust and alignment across diverse groupsDesign and deliver communication and training plans to ensure clear and engaging messagingMonitor change readiness and adoption, providing interventions and support where requiredSupport program delivery, including UAT coordination, hypercare and knowledge transferYou will have:8+ years' experience as Change ManagerExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with leaders, teams and employees at all levelsFlexibility and agility to adapt your approach in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently Desirable:Experience with procurement platformsExperience in the State Government sector Wants in it for you:3-month initial contract + Potential for extensionsMelbourne Location with hybrid working from HomeVictorian Government Agency Please apply today to secure an interview or for more information contact Sarah Jordan at
