About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team at Strike Point Cook. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery;
  • Oversee the ordering and stocktake process to maintain optimal inventory levels;
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen;
  • Champion kitchen health and safety procedures;
  • Train and support casual kitchen team members;
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • A commitment to prioritizing hygiene, food handling, and health & safety procedures;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a team;
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
