We are seeking a talented lawyer to support the development and growth of Project Kuiper, a cutting-edge initiative providing low-latency broadband connectivity.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be embedded with the Kuiper business team, focusing on commercial customer and partner deals across APAC. They will provide legal support for structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as counsel the business team on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts.

  • Support business development and sales efforts in APAC.
  • Provide legal expertise for contract structuring, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Counsel the business team on legal matters related to customer and partner contracts.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

  • A license to practice law in Australia.
  • Experience in corporate law firms and in-house work.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud computing services, or equivalent.
