Job Title: Data Engineer

About the Role:

The primary goal of this position is to design and implement data ingestion and integration processes for a large-scale ticketing system. A collaborative approach will be taken, working closely with a team of data professionals to ensure that data products are fit-for-purpose, aligned with architectural standards, and deliver valuable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Proven experience in Data Engineering with strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS Services: Glue, S3, Lambda, CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CloudFormation, API Gateway
  • Experience with data integration, cloud-based workflows, and large-scale data platforms
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders
