**Role Overview**:
As the Integration Lead for the HRIS project, you will play a crucial role in managing the integration stream section/s of this project. You will be responsible for understanding and managing integration requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading the delivery of integration feeds. This role involves working closely with the implementation partner, vendors, internal technical teams, and the project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the integration stream of the HRIS project, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with technical system owners to identify current and future integration needs.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to align integration deliverables with long-term goals.
- Document processes and procedures to streamline integration methodology.
- Problem-solve complex integration issues and mentor the team.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and review team deliverables.
- Lead and motivate the HRIS integration team, making informed decisions aligned with strategic goals.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Preferred experience in a similar role with expertise in HRIS implementations (Workday).
- Demonstrated experience with integration platforms such as Boomi or/and Azure
- Experience leading integration teams in a complex environment.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, platforms, and tools, including APIs, ETL processes, middleware, and data mapping.
- Excellent understanding of integration architecture and message queues.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with system owners and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively against changing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, and possess strong teamwork and leadership skills.
