Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Education and Engagement Partner. This exciting opportunity will allow you to create an annual program of education and engagement activities that meet customers' changing needs, deliver commercial outcomes, and position us as a trusted energy leader.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational objectives and targets, design programs and customer experiences to support their delivery, negotiate mutually beneficial sponsorships and partnerships within community and industry, develop and deliver brand experiences to drive likeability, engagement and energy literacy amongst residential customers, and increase market share, influence market outcomes, and drive commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement strategic stakeholder and community engagement programs, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  2. Develop and deliver digital engagement initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted programs to achieve business objectives.
  4. Negotiate and manage sponsorships and partnerships to deliver mutual benefits.
  5. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree level qualifications in communications, media, public relations, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Considerable experience in designing, managing, and delivering engagement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of success in program development using data and design thinking principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver digital engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
