Studio Operations Role

This is a part-time, hands-on position as Studio Operations Specialist for our Manly studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and maintaining exercise equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintaining studio comfort and ambiance by monitoring lighting, temperature, and odors.
  • Managing stock levels and coordinating deliveries to meet operational needs.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance tasks.
  • Providing proactive engagement with members and connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto.
Requirements:
  • Meticulous about cleanliness and order.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-managing and taking initiative to serve members well.
  • Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles.
  • Confidence to connect with members and local businesses.
