This is an exciting career opportunity for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments. As the People Management Leader, you will oversee a cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in Melbourne's Central & East Suburbs.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will lead and manage OSHC teams in schools to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of service management including staff supervision, program development, business operations, and motivating and managing teams.
  • Conduct Educator appraisals to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Built strong relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.
  • Produce regular reports to stakeholders.
