The Events and Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. They oversee an array of responsibilities, including office work, administration, and customer service duties.
About the PositionThis key team member is part of the operations team, reporting directly to the Assistant Facilities Manager. They are responsible for overseeing maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Soft Services Management
- Coordinate and oversee soft service operations and staff – provide instruction and manage daily responsibilities.
- Event Planning
- You will be the primary point of contact for client events regarding facility requirements. Assist with event setup, bump in, and bump out, as well as meeting and greeting guests as required.
- Set up meeting rooms and training rooms according to organiser specifications.
- Mobile Asset Management
- Oversee client mobile management relating to requests for mobile and SIM services or replacements.
- Assist end-users in porting in/out mobile devices, roaming requests, and taking ownership of the mobile platform.
Key Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehension and interpretation skills for instructions, correspondence, and memos.
