Key Responsibilities
  • We oversee the front desk to maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, making sure that everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Daily mail collection and distribution is our responsibility, working closely with delivery partners to ensure timely handling of all correspondence and keeping our team informed.
  • We take pride in ensuring all meeting rooms and employee kitchens are consistently clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a professional space for staff and guests alike.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maximize the efficient use of on-site meeting rooms is essential to our success, ensuring seamless coordination and minimizing downtime.
  • We manage relationships with external providers, such as catering companies, to guarantee timely and flawless delivery of services for all meetings and events.
  • In partnership with Events and Facilities Managers, we handle end-to-end planning and execution of events, coordinating from concept through to final completion.
  • We serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and suppliers, to facilitate clear communication and alignment on event objectives.
  • Effective budget management and tracking are crucial to maintaining cost-effectiveness while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Supervising all event activities, including setup and coordination, ensures that events run smoothly and meet expectations.
  • We promptly respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Regular inspections help identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality or service industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Built relationships with internal and external stakeholders are valuable assets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for success.
