Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our retail business. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional support and service, driving growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and be hands-on with our customers and community, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Manage branch operations, risk management, and performance management to achieve real commercial results, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's business, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and expanding our customer base.
  • Manage and develop branch staff, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and performing their job duties effectively, and building a high-performing team.
